For care professionals
A reliable tradesman for the families you support
Care managers, visiting nurses and agencies: when a client's home needs small safety work, Daniel handles it — and reports back the way you need.
Referring a family
Three steps, that's the whole process
-
Send the details
The family's number, or just the address and a contact name. A short note about the job — a loose rail, a dark hallway, a list of small things — is enough to start.
-
Daniel calls and arranges
He contacts the family, or you if you prefer, visits, and quotes a flat price before any work. Boundaries are stated plainly up front: he is a tradesman, not a carer.
-
A written summary for the file
After the visit you get a short written summary — what was done, what was referred on to a specialist, and anything worth knowing for the next visit.
For your records
What you can rely on
The things care professionals actually need from a tradesman in a client's home — and the things that get other tradesmen crossed off lists.
- Certificates of insurance on request. Copies for your records, whenever you need them.
- Clear boundaries. Trades work only — care, company and medical advice stay with the professionals.
- No upsell. The quoted list is the whole list. Nothing is "while we're at it"-ed onto a visit.
- No commission, ever. Families pay Daniel directly, at the flat price they agreed.
- Photos only with consent. Asked for and given on the day, every time.
- Scheduling that respects care visits. Tell him when the aide comes, and he'll work around it.
